Finally, Confidential Electronic Messaging Is Now Available!
Introducing VaporStream Confidential Messaging
Companies have always desired totally confidential e-mail. Finally, the wait is over! The ePolicy Institute is pleased to announce that confidential and recordless electronic messaging is now available to everyone.
The ePolicy
Institute is delighted to endorse our Preferred Partner VaporStream Confidential
Messaging. As detailed in Executive Director Nancy Flynn's latest book,
The e-Policy Handbook, 2nd
Edition, VaporStream Confidential Messaging is designed to help keep your
organization's trade secrets safe and your privacy intact.
What's the Difference between E-mail and VaporStream Confidential
Messaging?
Some electronic conversations-discussions about business
strategies, employees and clients, IP, R&D, HR, or M&A for example-call for
privacy. If you simply cannot risk
being overheard by uninvited internal and external parties, and if you're
committed to keeping your secrets safe and your privacy intact, then consider
integrating VaporStream Confidential Messaging into your organization's
electronic business communication mix and best practices.
One of
NetworkWorld's Top 10 Security Companies to Watch, VaporStream Confidential
Messaging is not intended as a replacement for e-mail.
When you need to create a permanent business record, e-mail remains the
go-to tool. But, when your lawyer
determines that a business record is unnecessary and privacy is mandatory,
VaporStream Confidential Messaging delivers an electronic solution.

How Does Confidential Messaging Work?
Unlike e-mail, confidential messages transmitted via VaporStream are not permanently stored on senders' or recipients' computers and servers. VaporStream technology ensures that messages cannot be forwarded, edited, copied, cut, pasted, retained, or archived. Once a VaporStream Confidential Message is read, it is gone for good.
VaporStream Creates No ESI or Electronic Evidence
Running on a closed system, VaporStream creates no records and leaves no trails once the message is read. Once the message is sent and read, confidential messages never exist on writers' or readers' servers, desktops, laptops, or BlackBerry devices. Electronically stored information (ESI) is not created as it is with e-mail.
Recommended Best Practice: Work with your legal counsel to determine when, how, why & with whom VaporStream Confidential Messaging is the most appropriate, effective-and legally compliant-way to hold recordless, eyes-only discussions when permanent records are not required.
